SUBJECT: TO OBTAIN CPL(HELICOPTER)/FAA LICENSE FROM YOUR COMPANY
Dear Sir/ Madam,
1. This is forwarded for your kind consideration that, I am a retired Wing Commander (Lieutenant Colonel) of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF). In my profession, I am a helicopter pilot (Command Category A) and an Instructor Pilot (QFI Category A). Recently, I have appeared the ground test conducted by the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) and scored 91% (Air law, Human Performance, Flight Planning & Navigation & Operation Procedure). Meanwhile, I have already cleared my medical tests conducted by the Central Medical Board (CMB) of Bangladesh Air Force with ‘MEDICAL CATEGORY CLASS 1 (ONE)’.
2. At this moment, it is essential for me to start my flying part to obtain CPL(Helicopter)/FAA license as early as possible from any helicopter operating company. For your information, my military flying experience as authenticated by Air Secretary’s Branch, Air Headquarters’, Dhaka is shown below:

3. To be more specific, here, in Bangladesh no helicopter operating company are in a position to provide the flying currency (Type Rating) and test on any helicopter, as per their “Training Manual Part D”(Where, type training is yet to be included). As such, I need your kind information and assistance for having my CPL(H)/FAA License done from your facility by my own expense as early as possible. Here, as per the CAAB requirements, an experienced military pilot may require only 6:00 hrs for his conversion for obtaining the CPL(Helicopter) license (i.e. 2:00 for day GF and emergencies, 2:00 hrs for cross country/Navigation, 1:30 hrs for instruments and 0:30 hrs for the night currency). As such, PLEASE ADVISE, WHAT BEST TRAINING SUPPORT YOU CAN PROVIDE ME FOR HAVING A CPL(H)/FAA LICENSE FROM YOUR FACILITY IN YOUR RETURN MAIL CONSIDERING MY PREVIOUS MILITARY FLYING EXPERIENCE.
4. Your kind cooperation in this regard will be appreciated.
Best Regards
